how do i choose the right breathing trainer
Look for infinitely adjustable resistance levels and a soft mouthpiece made from pure platinum silicone. Our compact model is ideal for beginners, as it can be adapted very precisely to your individual lung capacity. We are happy to advise you on weekdays directly from our office in Graz.
what materials is the breathing device made of
Our devices are made exclusively from food-grade platinum silicone, stainless steel for the internal valve springs, and impact-resistant polymer. All materials are completely free of plasticizers or harmful additives. This keeps the device taste-neutral and durable.
how do i properly clean the silicone mouthpiece
Detach the mouthpiece from the housing with a single movement and rinse it with warm water and mild soap. For thorough care, you can also briefly pour boiling water over the silicone. Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembling them.
what payment methods are available in the shop
You can pay conveniently via cash on delivery directly at your doorstep when the parcel arrives. Alternatively, we offer traditional bank transfer in advance. Other payment methods are not used in our shop.
when will my order be shipped
Orders placed before 11:30 am on business days are prepared for shipment on the very same day. Every package leaves our warehouse in Graz with full tracking. Please refer to our shipping page for exact delivery times to your address.
how do returns work at auravera
You can return unused items in their sealed original packaging within 30 days of delivery. As these are hygiene products, returns of used devices cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless a delivered item has a defect.
