When you place an order with us, we only request what is necessary for delivery: your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the selected products. Card details are never collected or stored on this site. While browsing, cookies collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and visited pages, as detailed below.

Auravera Atemtechnik GmbH directs its offer exclusively to customers in Austria and processes personal data strictly in accordance with GDPR. Under no circumstances are personal user details sold to third parties. The US data protection law CCPA does not apply to these transactions.
Retention period
We retain data from completed purchases in accordance with commercial and tax law retention periods and remove it completely thereafter. Customer account details remain with us until you request deletion. Statistical data is deleted after 14 months.
Your rights
Data subjects in Austria have the right to access their stored personal data, to rectify incorrect data, to erasure, to restrict processing, and to data portability under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Security
Auravera does not process payment card data, as purchases are handled exclusively via cash on delivery to the courier or via direct bank transfer to our business account. The collection of credit card data or the application of security standards for card payments is therefore entirely unnecessary.
