You can return any product purchased from Auravera within 30 days of arrival without giving any reason. Here we explain the process, requirements, cost coverage, and how quickly your refund will be issued.
Conditions
Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Breathing technique devices and mouthpieces must be in unused condition in undamaged original packaging, with all hygiene and factory seals completely intact.
The return process
- Send a return request stating the order number and reason for return to [email protected].
- Receive return authorization and the authorized return address within Austria via email.
- Pack breathing training devices securely and shock-resistant in unopened original packaging with intact hygiene seals.
- Receive refund via the original payment method or bank transfer within 3-10 business days after successful inspection of the returned item.
Who pays return shipping
If an item was damaged, defective, or not the model ordered, we will naturally cover the return costs. We will send you a prepaid shipping label or arrange a pickup. If you simply changed your mind, you cover the return shipping costs, with no additional fees.
Refund timing and method
Your refund will be initiated within 3 business days after inspection. For cash on delivery orders, we transfer the funds to your designated bank account; for standard bank transfers, the amount is returned to the original account. It usually takes 1-5 business days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges
If you would like to try a different version or an alternative model, simply return the original product as described and place a new order. We will credit the purchase amount once the return reaches us. If the initial issue was our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost of the new order.
Cancelling an order
As long as your parcel has not been dispatched, you can cancel free of charge. A quick message with your order number to [email protected] is sufficient. If the shipment is already on its way, standard return rules apply.
