Auravera offers reliable shipping of breath training devices and breath mindfulness accessories within the Republic of Austria. All orders are carefully prepared and delivered directly to your preferred address using established Austrian logistics partners.

Delivery times are given in business days from handover to the courier. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 1 to 2 days.
- For orders of €69 or more, we deliver free of charge within Austria. For smaller packages, we charge €4.90.
- Delivery takes place within 1 to 3 business days after handover to the delivery service.
- If your order is placed on a business day before 11:30, we hand it over to the delivery service on the very same day.
- You can return unused items in their intact original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Orders placed before 11:30 on a regular business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately after purchase.
Each breathing exercise device is packed in a hygienically sealed protective cover and secured in a sturdy cardboard box with shock-absorbing cushioning. This ensures protection against mechanical impact and moisture throughout transport within Austrian territory.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as the shipment has been handed over to the transport provider, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation by email, including a tracking number. This allows you to track the delivery status of the shipment online in real time.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the tracking status does not update for 5 business days, send us a quick note at [email protected] with your order number. We will follow up directly with the carrier and either dispatch a replacement or refund the amount paid: within 10 business days of your message.
Damaged on arrival
If a parcel arrives with visible external damage, please document the damage immediately with a photo and have the delivery agent acknowledge the condition. Then contact our customer service stating the order number so that we can arrange an immediate replacement or solution.
Payment methods
You can pay with Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask for sensitive card numbers or online banking passwords by phone or email.
Delivery outside Austria
We ship our parcels to selected regions. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you finalize your order. Customs fees or import duties of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
