The subject of the contract is mechanical breath training devices for recreation and wellness, accessories for personal breathing routines, as well as accompanying digital informational content on respiratory care and lung ventilation, prepared by independent trainers for daily practice. On the respective pages you will find details on package contents, quantities, and product features. The photos are for illustration purposes; minor differences in outer packaging may occur.

Your order is deemed submitted once the checkout process is complete. We promptly confirm receipt by email, but the purchase contract is only bindingly concluded when the goods are handed over to the shipping service. If a training item is out of stock or details cannot be matched, we reserve the right to reject the order. Any amounts already paid will be refunded immediately.

All prices are stated in EUR including statutory VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are listed at checkout prior to payment. Available payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error has occurred, we reserve the right to correct the error before dispatch and give you the choice between confirmation or cancellation.

All shipping options, transit times, and postage costs are clearly listed on our delivery and payment page. Once the parcel is in your hands, the risk transfers to you.

Our images show the breathing devices as we manufacture them. Slight color variations may occur depending on your screen, lighting, or browser settings. Such minor differences do not count as defects and do not qualify for free returns. Exact dimensions, materials used, and package contents are listed with each item.

While the courier is in transit with your shipment, we are liable for any transport damage. Responsibility only transfers to you once the parcel has been handed over to you or a neighbor at the address. If the box arrives damaged on the outside, please have the courier make a note and notify us within 48 hours.

Within 30 days of delivery, you can return products to us according to the instructions on our returns page. The statutory warranty provisions of the Republic of Austria apply in accordance with the General Civil Code (ABGB) and the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). The period for claiming material defects in devices for personal breathing routines is two years from the date of handover.

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
• Breath training devices, mouthpieces, and hygiene-relevant components whose seal has been removed after delivery.
• Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
• Digital training content and video tutorials, once downloading or streaming has begun with the consumer's explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires.

The liability of Auravera Atemtechnik GmbH for slight negligence is excluded, unless it involves personal injury. The amount of liability for other financial damages is limited, within the legally permissible scope, to the value of the goods in the respective order. Statutory liability regulations that cannot be excluded remain unaffected by these provisions.

To place an order in our shop, you must be at least 18 years old. Please only use all devices according to the enclosed instructions. They do not replace a medical examination or daily care routine.

All legal relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection regulations for consumers residing in Austria remain unaffected. If an issue cannot be resolved directly through discussion, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office. Mandatory consumer protection rights at your place of residence remain unaffected.
